In an interview with Darío Celis for Business in Image, Karim Goudiaby, general director of the real estate portal Vivanuncios, spoke about the real estate industry.
With the arrival of the millennials, the needs within the immiscible market have changed. There are very different needs, for them to obtain a home is not a conclusion, they prefer to rent than to buy. “The new generations seek information through technology”.
He noted that Vivanuncios is the leading portal in the Mexican market, “has more than 300 thousand properties for sale and rent.”
He stressed that the portal has 20 million monthly visits.
He pointed out that, over the years, the real estate market has increased by 30% in the national territory.
He reiterated that more and more young people are using the portal to find real estate.
